CASA Advocate Application

The application includes relevant information which will enable our staff to prepare for the screening interview. It includes a request for personal and professional experience and history, as well as three character references.

All City CASA advocates and staff must pass a background check that includes criminal, child abuse and neglect and driving records. Voices takes every precaution to ensure no one working with Voices poses a risk to our children.

City CASA advocates must be at least 21 years of age.
