Hear from keynote speaker Jackie Davis. Jackie is a former foster and CASA child. He entered foster care at eighteen months old. His parents struggled with drugs and alcohol addiction. While in care he rotated through several homes and shelters, and experienced a failed adoption at the age of five. Today, Jackie’s dreams are in bloom and he looks forward to sharing his experiences with us all, in what is certain to be a compelling story of hope and triumph.
